Holdrens was a wonderful find and experience. We hadn’t visited Santa Barbara since thing’s shut down during the pandemic. We usually visit every year on my friend Charlie’s birthday only to find this year that the steakhouse we usually frequent for his birthday on Stearns Wharf was only open now Thursday through Sunday. We were directed to the restaurant above and misinformed that we could get the steak there. This restaurant was definitely not equipped for fine dinning. Needless to say l needed to find a mine place for dinner that my friend would enjoy. Thank God for Holdren’s and our server l Am (yes like on the Bible) who was delightful. The steaks and sides were perfectly cooked. Our salad and sides were also delicious and my dear friend Charlie loved the Raspberry Ice Tea made especially for him. Thank you Holdrens Steak and Seafood and l Am for saving the evening and providing the type of fine dining experience Charlie and l are use to. We will definitely be sharing our experience with our friends and plan on your being our go to restaurant when we come to Santa Barbara. ❤️🤗👍🏾
