Wish i had seen all the other 1 star reviews before renting. Do not rent here! Don't have regular shuttles for PHL, did not answer the phone when I called for a pickup, called multiple times and they never answered or called back, then after 5pm couldn't even get through to vm because "our office is now closed" effectively stranding me. Had to rent a second car through another agency costing me an extra $450, and rent-a-wreck never even returned my calls the next day! No hope of a refund, terrible customer service and no follow-up.

Book a car through experian there was a change in the flight the car I was booked for 5:00 p.m. I communicated after 1:00 p.m. to say that the flight I had a change in the flight now it arrived at 8:30 p.m. They say they can't at that time and they don't return the $ Now I call and they have the phone look but I will continue because what happens with places like these is that each one of us loses $ and we say leave it but when it is multiplied by 100 it gives +1000 what they earn.

Best car rental experience i have had ..pickup and return is done by electricion you send a text or call ....and a camera views it all ( car damages or dents)..as you drive thru parking lot..i also like they send you a statement..and with my am express or visa no additional charges for insurance EASY UNCOMPLICATED!
