Their front office is ridiculous. You have to call numerous times to get medication filled, and even when you call - it won’t get filled anyway and you’ll have to call again and again and again and everyone always tells you they don’t know what happened. Can’t tell you when they are open exactly because SOMETIMES they are there til 7 but might have to close early depending on of the doctor has left or not. It’s a shame that the front office is terribly organized because the doctors themselves tend to be great.

One of the worst family practices I ever had & planning to change doctor offices. First off, they take FOREVER to answer the phone. And some of the receptionists are very rude, not friendly at all& should not even be working with people. And they don't let you make an appointment with any covid symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat,etc. Which in my opinion is ridiculously pathetic& unacceptable. (I've had to go to Patient First for sinus infections, & other stuff.And I pay more money there than a family doctor office). And I have severe anxiety/depression & dealing with this trappe family practice makes me feel worse. Last I checked, these are nurses & doctors that took an oath to help people get better. If they don't want to be around sick people, they can get another job. This needs to seriously change if they want a good amount of patients& want to actually keep their patients. I've heard other offices are similar & things really need to get better for the patients. Stop turning people away that need to be seen& help them get better!!!! It's supposed to be healthcare to help people get well Regardless of what they are sick with. Which is Common sense here

I called the office and waited 15 minutes until I spoke with someone. I told her that I had tested positive for covid. She then got my chart and told me my doctor wasn't there but she would send a message to the doctor who was on. I was told that someone would get in touch with me today 9/22. I waited for a call all evening and received no call . I am very disappointed in lack of care I received.

Unfortunately for the nice doctors and the nice staff they are dealing with the EINSTINE network, and Einstein is going to run them into the ground. This office operated just fine before they came in, they moved them twice to a stark and weird new building, and made them near impossible to use conveniently ! every single time I go I have something astounding happen, wrong scheduling of appointments, not getting the point that I dont want a certain doctor to be my primary to not getting other things correct or simply long wait times on the phone. I am just so done with big CORPORATE HOSPITAL eating up the small practice, thanks a lot (sarcasm) for ruining our doctors for monetizing peoples health, it feels so good to be treated like paycheck. The best part, your employees at the corporate Einstein show they dont get paid enough to care about this complaint.
