If you have sunpass pro, it should work for most tolls and bridges in PA and NJ according to the Sunpass site.

A newer Escalade would come in from another location. It would a luxury class large SUV. We do have the new Suburban and Tahoe which are classified as extended and large SUV respectively. You may want to try 215Exotic Rentals. I've seen they have a couple of the new Escalades.

Yes, use the terminal B skybridge walking towards the Marriott hotel, then down to ground level to walk across the street. Better than walking through the garage, and certainly better than waiting for the shuttle.

Excellent team at Avis Philly airport counter! Truly. Rental & return were a breeze. I am not just being nice, these guys even helped me program my phone. Unlike DET airport which was miserable and EGE is so far out in the sticks, you are just lucky you can get a car! Ill rent from Avis Philly Airport, again.

Most cars come installed with ezpass and you'll only be charged if you use the ezpass on the toll road but if you use it once you'll be charged a daily fee even for the days you don't use it not sure of the usage fee i think it's 2 or 3 bucks a day

They always take a deposit with debit cards. If you use a credit card no but debit cards will require an authorization hold. Its will be pending for couple days until its released.

Call the number on your rental agreement. Someone eventually picks up. I left a $400 pair of prescription glasses and was avle to call and get back to the lot with out missing my flight

I believe this is different depending on the car you rent. Have $200 set aside as a cushion, or call before you prepay, cause you will get charged to cancel.
