If no stars was a thing this place would get it some short Hispanic lady was mad at one of the employees and didn't want to give me a loan because of it the guy was trying to help but she was the manager and didn't want to give him any help to get me a loan on jewelry it's not the first time she denied a loan to other people in the store because she was mad I'm not sure if upper management knows they losing money because of her

Dont waste your time at this place . manager has bad work ethics and attitude . ive been here before and they tried to give me a lower price for what i asked for the first time i came here

This place is a total rip off they wanna offer you the least for gold pawning or for selling. Way way low and I realize maybe they laundry money because of the way they are doing business, very funny. This place has the feel of a pawnshop but the look of a shady money laundering company hiding under Valu plus pawn name. Very shady company.
