You have to have patience when dealing with the associates at the PHL location. I mean, really really patient as their customer service can be rough. I scheduled a long term booking and as per previous times, I have to make a payment every 30 day. Which hasn't been an issue at other locations but on this most recent settlement, I went into the office and let the agent on duty know that I received a message stating to bring the vehicle back and that I had it scheduled for long term. I placed the keys on the counter so to that if she need to look at the vehicle information, she could check the booking but instead she asked me if I had the vehicle out for 30 days. Told her yes, then she asked another question, when I said that I gave her the keys to check the account. She then proceeded to send me to the manager or associates outside that were checking cars in. So I did, with no issue but when I got to the individual outside checking vehicles in and explained the situation, they tried to send me back inside to talk to the same person that just sent me outside. After explaining they just sent me outside, the individual took on assisting me square things up. It only took 45 minutes to do so. They explained that they had to redo the booking because they messed something up. All good, right? Next was dealing with the gate agent, who just look at me until I asked them what they needed from me. They then ask for my driver license. Then ask for paperwork. The only paperwork I had was the receipt for settling up having the vehicle for 30 days. So gave her that and after a few minutes she said something slick and opened the gate to allow me to drive out. So when I say be patient with this location, they are rude, unhelpful, and lack customer service, the vehicle I got smelt like cigarettes when I first pick it up, and look like it had been in a derby match. If I knew vehicles went slim pickings, I definitely turn in the one I had and take my business elsewhere.

Ok experience when I picked up my car. It was a bit dirty on the inside but that's Philadelphia for ya.

National is generally easy to use, with clean reliable cars. It would be helpful if they would provide the exact street address of the rental car return location when we pick up the car, so that we can plug that into our map apps. It could be as simple as a business card at the check-out window, or a small photocopied form/document.

I called this location 12 times to speak with a branch representative. Every single time the call timed out because nobody picked up the phone. I spent over an hour just trying to get a branch representative on the phone. I even tried going through National’s customer service and they couldn’t help. Go to literally any other car rental agency.

Only if you live outside of the tristate area and you can show an itinerary with an return flight.
Yes but they aren't as frequent overnight
I called National at DAB Monday and they answered immediately.
Yes
Park in the garage on the arivals side of the airport then take the National/Alamo/ Enterprise bus ( zone 9) to the facility.
Yes you can, you will have drop off fee unless you are using a free rental day or a coupon
Yes, but there is usually a drop off fee involved
Maybe call national? Hmm
National is a car rental facility, it isn't an airline.
Yes you can either secure with a credit card then pay with your debit. Or use debit but there is a delay on the over charge to secure the rental and final charge.
Check the National website. This is not the place for that question.
Valid driving license, over the age 25, and payment.
