DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They will find the smallest thing with the car and try and claim you’re responsible when you aren’t. I’m an honest guy. There was an issue with an air leak in tire and I told them about it upon return, so I’m not the one to skirt the system. Yet they want to find the smallest of “dents” and claim I’m the one responsible when I know for a fact I was not the one who caused them. I live in a row home. I don’t park under trees or anything if that sort. Do yourselves a favor and go through hertz or any other rental company. These guys will try and screw over honest people and it’s a disgrace

The branch Manager Jonathan AKA as John is horrible! He is rude, unprofessional and shouldn’t be working for Enterprise. On 9/14/22 my company car had to get towed for mechanical issues so in replacement while getting repaired the company I work for has a contract with Wheels, which provides services to the fleet of vehicles and gets us into a rental with no security deposit while the car gets repaired and this unprofessional manager made my experience long, stressful and unnecessary. Just because he had his own opinion about people returning the cars without gas he decided to take out his frustration with me and was requiring I pay a security deposit when the contract between Wheels and Erac clearly stated a deposit is not required and he insisted and expressed how he felt to other reps in front of other customers making me feel like I’m the problem. I just wanted to get into a car so I can place all my work materials and her going instead I spent an unnecessary hour on the phone with an enterprise rep that works for Wheels and is familiar with the contract explaining what Jonathan wanted to do for personal reasons. The rep was calling the branch while I’m on the phone and Jonathan was ignoring the call until I told him to answer the phone. Then he put the rep on hold and never picked up again. The rep had to call Jonathan’s manager to tell him of the deposit he was trying to charge me and his unprofessionalism so that he can finally except that a deposit was not required. Finally I am ready for the walk through of the rental and I go to tell him and he get upset, begins huffing and puffing and asking me where was I when the walk through by another rep was done without me being aware as if I didn’t spend the last hour on the phone because of him giving me a hard time. He should be fired!!!

A major credit card. If you don't have that, a debit card and proof of residency. They do offer insurance if you don't have any. You can reserve a car online (highly suggested)
No there's a drop off after hours but no pick up after hours.
Depends on your location and the date. It will be cheaper after new year
