I love the St. Marks Pain Center. That said, I want to highlight nurse, Mark, today. I came in for a lumbar ablation and had a hard time of it. I felt wobbly when I came out of sedation, so the nurses put me in a wheelchair to take me to recovery. I started feeling faint while I sat there. Mark noticed, grabbed another nurse to help, and got me into a chair. He elevated my feet and started an IV fast. He kept a close watch on me and monitored my stats while I recovered. He fed me a snack and water and continued to watch and talk to me. I know he missed about half of his lunch hour while I recovered, but he didn't make me feel like it mattered to him. When I was ready, he took me down to my ride. I felt safe and cared for under his care. Thank you, Mark!

Dr. Glines and staff, including Mark and including Paul, the hospital’s valet, are wonderful. My experience so far could not have been better.

The pain clinic is amazing. I have had chronic neck pain and they had options that I wasn’t aware even existed. I am NOT interested in drugs to manage my pain and they are cutting edge and not peddling opioids. They know their stuff! I trust them implicitly. I love the NP, he explained my options to me thoroughly and helped guide me to interventions that have changed my life. First time in 10 years I am pain free from arthritis in my neck. I’m a health professional myself and was scared to meddle with my neck and spine but these guys did right by me and I was able to not worry or second guess their recommendations because I know they are absolute authorities in pain relief. All the staff are awesome too. Great personalities.

I have been seeing Dr. Glines for a couple of years for pain in my cervical spine. He is very caring and compassionate and has helped me manage my pain through the procedures I have had done at the clinic. He and his staff are amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My 96 year old Mother-in-Law has nerve tingling on tongue, mouth, hand and it is driving her crazy. Another Dr about 2 years ago said it was nerve damage and nothing to do. It this clinic a place that might help her?

I'm not sure the best thing to do is call them and find out. 🤔 Sorry

Not to begin with. They try to find a way to help you by any and all other means before that is even considered.

You have to be referred to them not just having your medical records would allow you to be seen.
