This Uber rental program is flat out predatory. The weekly rates and fees are exorbitant. They method of billing is confusing. The service at the location is grossly inefficient because they are severely understaffed. The whole set up is a scam. Just don’t. I wish I hadn’t gotten involved with them ever.

Wouldn't give this place any stars. I have never been so insulted by a rental company. They rented me a Tesla without explaining that I could not use my insurance company as my insurer while driving their vehicle. Then wanted to charge me for 1000.00 for a ding.

Aweful. The staff is very rude and told us to go home. I had to reschudule my tesla rental b/c they were out of stock before my reservation time. I would suggest to call ahead of time before arriving to make sure they have cars

Hertz, uber? Debit or Credit BUT the hold time varies & extending the rental varies depending upon the bank. Credit cards make the process easier.

I got into an accident for which I was not at fault hertz told me no matter what the situation since I didn’t purchase the insurance I’d have to pay a 1000 dollar deductible regardless of fault. I never heard from the claim department it’s been two months. The farmers insurance which I was insured with through Uber reached out and assigned me an adjuster but the adjuster is not accessible for some reason. I have not rented from a different company so far but I am very dissatisfied with Hertz.
