Bryan at Counter was great! He kept me informed in car shortage situation and was able due to God's timing get me vehicle that day to get out of the city before rush hr! The place was clean and handled a number of upset customers well!

Hidden away rental for hertz. The location isn't the most convenient. You pull into a parking garage that is shared with The Windor. It was a bit confusing but manageable. The service was quick and easy to return.i would use this location again.

Basically it’s the lane on the other side of the driveway you pulled out from when you picked up the vehicle. On the right if you are facing the front of the building. You pull in and then veer slightly to the left as if to go up the ramp. There will be valet attendant there for the hotel, but if you tell them you are just returning the rental they will let the Hertz staff come for the vehicle. Then you go inside and close out the rental.
Call roadside assistance from Hertz in you can go to the airport to exchange
