I don't think so cause I have had the exact same problem numerous times. They NEVER answer there phone when I call but when I go there, it seems like they can't even get off the phone to help me. That has to be the problem

Did you give like a one year or 6 months warranty that covers part replacement when they swap you out with any other engine you pick from their lot. I can't remember which if it's 6 or 12 months warranty. and they do not install it. In fact don't even remove it for you you have to do it all yourself. Great place you can't find better Price than that

This is a review forum. They will not see or answer your questions here. It's pick n pull so you have to go to see and bring your own tools to remove the doors and then carry them up front. They won't have any idea if the doors you need are sold or not. That's why parts there are so cheap and it's called pick n pull. You pick it and you pull it.

Probably one that is busy at the moment. I would suggest trying again later. Saturday morning is the busiest time for places like these.

The answer to "who" will depend on "what" parts you have... Try calling Dismantlers 2000 and ask them if they can search for buyers in the copart system for your various cores.

There are 3 lots close to the center of the DFW Metroplex that their website will be of incredible value to you. The website will tell you if the physical car is there but doesnt include pictures so I always print the listings for all 3 yards before heading out. Something I have also found useful when looking for body parts is going to Wikipedia and looking the vehicle up, which may list them a Generation 1, 2, 3, etc so if they don't have a 2013 Prius door in your case but they have 2012 and 2014, perhaps 2012 is a prior generation to 2013 and the 2014 is the same as your 2013 generation, then you can pull parts for the same generation. Hope that made sense!?

Probably not. You would have to remove the gasket from an engine. The removal of the gasket will destroy it and render it useless. You'll probably need to go to an auto parts supply.

They have running cars you can buy at each yard. Never tried to buy a salvage car here, usually auction if need that much from a donor vehicle.
