Does anyone answer the phone? I have been calling and calling no answer it just rings after it tells you to press an option.

I don't think so cause I have had the exact same problem numerous times. They NEVER answer there phone when I call but when I go there, it seems like they can't even get off the phone to help me. That has to be the problem
