If I could I would give this place a 0. I went twice to get a new social security card since I lost mine and I got what I need it and for the lady it wasn’t enough, she said “I understand” clearly you didn’t understand at all, you would’ve just continued with what i went for since I had lost a lot of my documents this made my day a lot worst. (I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!)

Very bad service they ask for your original papers and one sends them certificates and they do not return you back, your things are lost, I do not know why they ask for original then if we are not going to be responsible and then one speaks and they are with pure lies that I wait 1 week mad And so they take her away and then they are not dealing with papers and lyego that if they are going to send them and hadra right now they have not arrived

Very irresponsible, my sister sent her certified passports all original because they asked for All original to process the child's insurance, the insurance received the things on March 10 and until now my sister has not received anything and I dialed them several times and always answered the question. The same person and told him pure lies that the papers were not there and then what if and that they were already sent to walk in pure lies and they are already lost The papers and they no longer want to be responsible and the truth is not fair
