This gym merely needs to provide towels in the washroom for the 24$ Black card Members, I mean why not because we pay extra please consider it in the future or as soon as possible. Overall it needs to have more things for black members to satisfy us a little bit.

System was down, leaving my name on the front and preventing me from using the spa or getting water. How awful, this simply makes me want to cancel my membership after spending $24 on a black card, but the reason the system is down?

Hello Karen! The minimum age to access our facilities is 13 years old and they would need to be your guest if you are a Black Card member or have their own membership.
Hi there! Minors ages 13-15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their workout. Once you are 16, you may work out alone with consent on file. We hope this helps clarify our policies regarding minors!
If you buy the black card, you can visit any planet fitness.

Hi Anthony. Until you're 16, you must work out with a parent or guardian. Once you hit your birthday, you may sign up and work out alone with parental consent on file. Your parent/legal guardian will need to sign this form at the club in person.

Hi there! For members and guests who are 13-14 years old, we do require that they be supervised by a parent or legal guardian while at the gym. If the 18-year-old brother is the 13-year-old's legal guardian, then yes! Hope this helps.
