It depends on what you mean by "stay." Reagan is a 24-hour/7-day-a-week airport. Will they throw you out if you try to sleep there overnight? No. But if you're asking if there's a hotel attached to the airport, the answer is no. There are some very nice hotels very close by, but none that are accessible without leaving the airport property.

It largely depends on where you're going in Maryland. If you will be staying in the Maryland suburbs near Washington DC, then Reagan is a good choice. For Annapolis, Baltimore, and points north, BWI is a better bet.

But the most important part is, when you're at the the Arrival Section rather if is Below or Above, you only have 5 to 10 minutes of waiting line for pick up guest. Due to the Airport policies, regulations, restrictions, and rules, they don't allow longer waiting time for drivers to drop of and pickups for a ride. However, it's not permitted. If you wait longer than 5 mins, 10, 20, 30, 40, or more than that, you'll be ask to leave or be charged by a Airport staffs. The save goes to everyone else.

According to the detail, they don't have Spirit Airlines to fly out from Ronald Reagan to any particular Airport. In order to get it, you have to be at the Baltimore International Airport for that. That's only in Maryland. Unless when you get to Baltimore, You'll see it there not Ronald Reagan.

Yes Crystal City has many hotels (not cheap though). They also have free shuttles so you don't have to walk. If you need to walk though it would take at least ten minutes. Leave from south end of airport upper level toward rt. #1. Go over overpass and down ramp to Crystal Dr. which has many high end hotels. Also one road over to route #1 there is a Holiday Inn.

Every airline has different prices. Check with American Airlines reservations or online. I found one quote nonstop round-trip from DCA to LAS middle of June $662. They had cheaper flights if you go through Dallas or Phoenix. Also depends when you go. I just put June in as an example.

Yes there are several options. If you left something on a plane you can contact your airline. Baggage Services is downstairs by baggage claim and they have stuff people left behind. Also there is an Information desk between B and C Terminals. If you take Metro it is straight down the hallway from the northern end of Metro into the terminal. No you can only fly across the USA direct. To Accra, Ghana you could leave from Dulles or BWI and connect through London or Frankfurt or other cities. You can perhaps fly to JFK from Ghana and then fly to DCA. So you would have to stop at least once and change planes and go through customs. There is no customs and immigration at DCA.

I recommend you park in the Economy Lot (also known as the on-site Long Term Parking lot), located just south of the airport...just follow the signs as you get close to the airport. This lot costs $17/day. Alternately, terminal A-C parking costs $25/day...a little more expensive, but much more convenient as they are located directly across from the check-in. Either way, excellent signage will point the way. Good luck!

There is a shuttle that runs between the two piers every 5 minutes. Otherwise, as of this post you would have leave security. Hopefully, by 2020, the National Hall, as they call, it, will be behind security, and TSA will be pushed back and below the metro. Reagan is a small airport, but there are separate terminals for small airplanes versus larger ones, and the shuttle from New York to DC will arrive in the smaller terminal.
