Depends on the Airline you are flying. Park at the lot for the airline you are flying. They have huge signs that will direct, once you get to the terminal, check out the flight status board or ask the person at the ticket counter. Good luck!
You can check your luggage outside with a porter. Find out where your airline is and go to that terminal. There are many signs at DCA if you get confused. If you still need directions look it up on the computer.
