Yes there are several options. If you left something on a plane you can contact your airline. Baggage Services is downstairs by baggage claim and they have stuff people left behind. Also there is an Information desk between B and C Terminals. If you take Metro it is straight down the hallway from the northern end of Metro into the terminal. I found a sweater recently and gave it to them.
