I am having US passport and OCI. I have to renew OCI.

I had applied for re-issue of OCI on my new passport. They took my fees and never heard from them back since 4 months now. My husband passed away in India and complained several times in reference to my application not being processed and unable to even go to India nor able to mourn properly. VFS has been money minded and ruthless. Indian Embassy not doing anything about it. We are living traumatised.
