I am US Citizen and I want to come to NY office to get my sale document notarized to sell my land in India. Do I need appointment? If no, what time can i come? What IDs you need from me? How much it costs? Thanks.

It is better if you make appointment and they would charge abt 200 dollar. Because of whole covid19. They are treating people more worse than before. If you have american passport they will see you quicker. Good luck.

Not sure, however people working in this office are not very helpful. I would suggest if you can find another way to get that done rather than this office.
