I just traveled to India on the 13th of May, 2022. My entry was through new Delhi. I had to go to the airport website and fill up the air suvidah form. It needs your vaccine status scan and covid test pdf uploads. After finishing the form, you need to show either a hard copy or soft copy at the US airport before boarding and then at the Indian airport after deboarding.
I had visited India end of the last year and I didn’t upload vaccine records into Aarogya Setu app. So that means it is not mandatory to have your records uploaded into Aarogya Setu. Even I was vaccinated I had to carry RTPCR result to check in and get the boarding pass. So you should carry RTPCR result and you have to upload the results into “Air suvidha self declaration form”.
