I like to park in Old Sacramento and walk over. It's 20 bucks for the night. There's a parking lot right behind the bar called the back door, in an ally, right by the Firehouse restaurant. I've never had trouble there with my car. However, there are lots of parking garages all around. Expect to pay about $20. The nice thing about parking in Old Sacramento as you can go to Rio City Cafe or Joe's Crab Shack and have a few drinks prior to the game.
No and u might want to be careful leaving stuff in the car that's visible. Try and hide all ur belongings from plain view since people like breaking into cars around there.
I have a large group attending the Priscilla Shirer conference......is it possible for the ladies to leave the Golden 1 Center for lunch and come back in?
According to their website in the FAQ section: Golden 1 Center is a smoke-free building and smoking is prohibited within 250 feet of the arena. Please note re-entry is not allowed if a guest leaves the arena to smoke outside.
Smoking includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaporizers.
Vaccination card and valid ID that matches your card and if your lady brings a purse it can only be 8 ×6×1 a clutch purse .or just bring your ID vac card and ATM leave the purse in the car or at home.
I would arrive early so that you don't have to stand in line for a long time. It's a process and because it is a new process it takes a bit of time. I hope this helps you

Hello Karen, there is no interior parking at the G1C. Parking is free with a placard or disability plate at any city street meter. Upon entering the exterior plaza ask for ADA entrance for security. Once processed thru security they will check your ticket at the door. At this time ask for ADA seating and they will assist you. Hope this helps, Mark
Can I park at Cal expo and get free shuttle to the golden one center

No idea, sorry. But there is plenty of parking nearby and got can even reserve a spot online which is what I did, super easy.
Is there an age limit for general admission/the pit? I heard it varies from venue to venue and I can’t find it on the website. I know there’s not an age limit for ga for the tour but I’m not sure about the venue.
They will take you to the second level but not to the very last row of the section. They have handicap accessible sections for those that can't walk up those stairs
I used a screen shot of my ticket. I've done that before for flights too. As long as the bar code can be scanned you should be fine. Just in case have the emailed ticket available on your phone.
We walked around at 10:30pm after the globetrotters game. It was my wife 2 sons(7&14) on a Saturday night we felt very safe police and security everywhere, and I imagine after an U.F.C. event they will be posted looking for over zealous fans. So yes you should be fine.
555 Capital Mall is literally right next door. Do you walk out and the Golden 1 center is right next door. You can go on a website called parking Panda they make it very easy
There's a great place to park directly across from the venue. You have to book ahead, but it's much better than frantically looking for a spot the night of
I would contact the Arena see if they have accessible parking outside.
I did see specific sections for viewing from a wheelchair. So maybe you can park your car on site. I used the parking garage across the street.
I don't want you to bring it and get it taken away or have to bring it back to your car but I did not see it on the prohibited list. Here it is:
Please note the following items are prohibited inside of Golden 1 Center:

I see that the dance party is scheduled for Saturday Dec. 1st. I thought there was a basketball game that night. Is there???

There is a huge variety of food available. From Chicken tenders and Porchetta sandwiches at Porchetta house to chicken/steak Quesadilla at the Flava Cart..if you are vegan there is a vegan cart with a variety if vegan meals. There is even a Raleys store inside! The arena is very huge so i would suggest taking a walk around on the second floor and on the main concourse just to see what is available.
How can you request a seat change with in the same sections. I have 10 tickets for Disney on Ice 8 in 107 b and 2 in 108 c. Can I get all 10 together even if they are in different rolls. I am taking 8 small children with two adults..

You will have to call them.
can you have a birthday greeting posted on the arena screen
Ate there electric car charging stations at the Golden 1 Center? And If so, what level & type?

Dorena G. | Oct 6, 2019
Good question. I believe the nearby City parking garages have charging spots located inside them. I know the one across from Cesar Chavez park b/w J and I streets has a row of them. You can research this on the City website.
What is club access?

Everything that makes going to a crowded arena comfortable. And if you have to ask, you can't afford it. Check the Golden1 or Kings website.
To my knowledge, GA at Golden One Center refers to the GA Pit, which is the standing area right in front of the stage. The rest of the general seating is assigned. I'm not sure if for concerts, Golden One Center sells standing room tickets, like at NBA games.
People arrive about 1hr before official doors open. However they do have to oas secturity screens and wait in the plaza located outside the main entrances then usually ticket check at the door.
This place sucks
100. Seats are nosebleed.......if you have fear of heights get floor seating only. Our entire group had issue and we did not return after intermission ; (
If I buy merch such as T-shirt’s etc. and it comes in a plastic bag am I allowed to bring it into the arena?

I had my graduation in there and I took my purse with myself but they didn't allowed so don't bring anything you don't need. Just bring what you need.
1inch by 1inch peace’s of paper consided confetti if we where to have it in bags to pass out to people to cover their phone lights to have have coler light for the concert
Jesstayz Yes | Oct 6, 2018
Marwan Mushtaq | Oct 6, 2018
Oh... for a concert? Then they should be allowed unless otherwise.
Your best bet is to Google the golden 1 center & look at the inside of it. That will tell you if you have a good seat. Look for where you figure the posts are so you are not stuck behind one.
I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be allowed access to the VIP entrance. There will be a heavy presence of police and I read an article this morning and they said that they will be allowing people to enter the game tonight.
You can find any event tickets online and print them. Also a good idea to purchase a parking pass at a nearby garage and have it ready before you arrive.
If you don't mind walking about 5 blocks, there is a city of Sacramento parking structure at J and 9th streets I believe. It is directly across from the Citizen Hotel and during the weekends for events they charge a flat $4 event fee! Such a great deal. You head straight down K or J streets to the arena. Check the City parking website for locations and prices.
I was just there two days ago, there is limited handicapped parking on the street. Dodo H is correct, you can park for free at any mettered parking place. But get thete early, they fill up fast
Most events require a ticket for everyone 2 and older but some shows have different age limit. You should check the limits for the show you're buying for.
@ Heather F, no but in America you can carry a concealed weapon legally with a permit. Posts should keep your own ignorant beliefs out of it. Just answer the question and don’t bash people.
You will normally NOT pay Ticketmaster fees at walk up windows. You will likely still pay facility fees, if any. Some shows may have other fees depending on the show.
Where is the one by the train? I have a hard time walking & must use a cane. My son is autistic & I Don't like him wandering alone so will probably be outside to catch up with him & go back to the car together when it is over. As I will be waiting in the car for the couple/3 hours that the event goes on is the parking safe? Lit?
