To my knowledge, GA at Golden One Center refers to the GA Pit, which is the standing area right in front of the stage. The rest of the general seating is assigned. I'm not sure if for concerts, Golden One Center sells standing room tickets, like at NBA games.

GA doesn't exist as far as I know anymore due to injuries and deaths. For the rock concerts I have been to the floor is assigned seating and the most expensive too.
