THEY ARE TERRIBLE! They delivered my boyfriend(He can't use his legs/hips at all) ORDERED 22" wheelchair as a 30", then a 27" with no legs and then another 30" because the staff isn't taught to measure them properly. The hospital bed they brought is super old/creaky and you can tell it's quite used. The commode they brought was too small, and then they tried to bring an even smaller one, and one with no support. The staff is also quite rude and doesn't listen when it's explained to them the issues, and our first delivery person refused to give any information on the company whatsoeve, even a business card. Also when calling, good luck getting ahold of anyone!

So frustrating! When calling, the customer is placed on hold. No one responds. There is no voice mail. When one is lucky enough to get through to a live person, after long, long periods on hold, false commitments are made by a very abrupt and impolite individual. This business needs help. I would never use them again.

Well if it makes you feel any better, I've been working w Apria since May 2nd trying to get my poor sick and disabled Husband oxygen. STAY AWAY FROM APRIA. I plan to escalate to higher management all of my dates. Names and words spoken in detail, once of course my Husband is set up. Our medical process is a SHAME. They give him happily heavy duty drugs but fight me all the way over something so helpful and less harmless, i.e. Oxygen
