Rude, skimpy use of products for the money they charge & questionable sterilization of tools. Fortunately, all I really wanted was a nail polish. So I got what I wanted.

I left very unhappy with the shape and service of my nails. When I tried to explain that to Lisa how i wanted the shape of my nails she became very rude and start talking to her co workers in her language. Handle me so wrong. I come in all the time and spend over $100 with them. This is the second time I've had an problem with her and first time had to change techs because of her rudeness. I spent $178 that day. Not to mention all the stuff she left on my hands.. Lisa needs more training in customer service and her nail technique
