OMG! Delicious. I am not a fan of breakfast food. But, honeyyyyy. Everything was perfect! The grits were the creamiest I've had in my life. Good bacon 🥓. Not too crispy with a bit of bend in it. Not salty at all. Now let me say this about the namesake biscuits. They're fluffy, light and so delicate. Holding one in your hand you'll think it's about to crumble on your loose grip. Magical as if it's going to fly away. Yummers. Even at it's busiest time of the day, the staff was nice, the host seemed sleepy, and disengaged. Until the camouflaged jacket wearing server acknowledged us, is when the lackadaisical hostess spoke to us while yawning. As a first interaction with the establishment it left me feeling some type of way. The hostess let us leave without saying thanks for coming. But the food was great and our server was great thank goodness.
