I just moved to West Palm Beach from Georgia And my Experience wasn't good at all. The nurses wasn't as bad But the service at this hospital is beyond horrible I mean horrible it's like waiting at the VA and they had me waiting three and half hour's. Nobody came to communicate or anything the patient's had to get up and ask questions.

I got to tell you! Not many people will comment when something good happens to them but my baby sister went in for a terrible car accident and landed in ICU C and I must tell you between the prompt response from some of the nurses I must say I want to thank two special nurses which includes nurse Andrew and nurse Ashley in ICU C!!!! If I could give them my all I would! They were attentive to my sister and also our family! We had so many family coming to visit and not once did they judge based on who we were! I will also be posting a video thanking these wonderful nurses on my multi followers on YouTube and tik tok! Ashley was so cute and bubbly with her personality and she treated me like I was her own and listen to my concern and actually came out to give an update as soon as she was done. Andrew came to check on me and reassure me my sister was going to be okay and he trusted that and he was my miracle nurse as well. I am crying while typing this because you do not find that many caring nurses anymore like these two who was there for the people not for a paycheck! Thank you Ashley and Andrew from ICU C! If I could give you an award myself I would! Tenet needs to realize that they have great individuals still there and not to push them away with their disgusting pizza party! Give them inflation raises TENET!!! Oh and if Andrew was single I would have to leave my husband for him because he was a hottie but I saw that wedding ring and I was like 🫤 yeah!!! Thank you guys!!! Lmao!!! Michelle and Laura from iCU C was the only bad thing wasting companies dollars but just because there’s bad seeds doesn’t mean you people don’t deserve your full compliments! Michelle is not a people person and could not even paraphrased the doctors notes! She told me before the doctor that my sister would be in the coma for 6 to 12 months and thank the lord my sister woke up the next day, no thanks to that demonic girl who scared me to death! And I hope Laura learns to love everyone regardless of their race, nationality and gender! Being hateful only brings hate to your life Laura from ICU C!!! I know because I learn my lesson and recovered myself after that horrible scare our family encountered! But overall that team up there is amazing except for Michelle from ICU C!! 😡 have a great day and I hope You all read this at your meetings and tell Andrew I’m still interested 🤪 sorry for the bad punctuation and grammar!

Burn Trauma Victim Nurse Monque and Trauma treatment I need help getting up off the ground please. I am short of breath. The b/f nurse who refuses to assist or call to get assistance. The b/f nurse stops walking and looks at me directly as i'm on the ground stating not my problem white boy. I told you I run this. Some who you are going to call now, antagnosing. This same nurse from start to finish of the shift is even now taunting me and spreading cruel rumours around the nursing station. I continued to retreat and report each violation as they were happening and the nurse continued bad mouthing my personal medical information. Several attempts with help of other nurses and staff that heard and witnessed numerous aspects of the abuse both physically and mentally took a toll on my recovery post trauma. . I also asked to speak with the Charge Nurse , LEAD Nurse and on call provider. All three of which she refused by Nurse Monque. These numerous in a calm and collective request to speak with chain of command`` refused to contact any nursing leadership saying no ones gonna listen to what you have to say. You're nobody and I'm a nurse. "Conversation over". The same nurse entire shift of hers. The unethical nurse refused on multiple occasions regards vital health concerns ever evolving over the course of approx 11hrs. Prior to dropping to the ground due to airway difficulty IN bame light headed and also began having a hard time communicating as hitting the floor took i jury to my head which I already have a traumatic brain injury diagnosis in previous medical events. The lack of medical treatment and time elapsed calling for help watching Nurse Monque look at me and say "my shifts over hah, ur not my problem. I pleaded, please call a nurse or doctor, someone. N-urse Monque states this is her unit. I'm going to "sit in my room and shut up". This behavior took place throughout the entire time she started her shift. She was verbally degrading and medical abusive. Making fun of, degrading and abusing someone who is disabled, a veteran and any person let alone patient for that matter. I am a disabled veteran who can't "shut up, stand up or sit down and take the pain." To be made fun of by disability and service connected disability My wounds are all reopened from this tragic fire. I am alive gratefully, Unfortunately the road of recovery from this tragic accident is not an easy road ahead. I am truly in need of a team of healthcare providers that keep me healthy to enjoy what medically is remaining of it. This will forever affect my health based on the treatment provided for these burn traumas. Nurse Monques behavior is dangerous, irractice and unethical. To treat Disabled Wounded Veterans with Fresh 3rd degree burns to both legs, arm and hand and foot. In the process of multiple surgeries and skin grafts. Nurse Monque is not only causing post trauma, it is directly affecting my already at risk health negativ Showing impulsivity and lack of self control, self discipline, professionalism, honor, duty and integrity. Nurse Monque conducting bully-like tactics directed thru medical exploint. Please note that members of the night staff was kind caring professional and I felt that staying the night since the main aggressor (Nurse Monque) Please also see all medical treatment reports from Nurse just one team member whose behavior reflects emotional, impulsive, disruptive behavior in turn directly affecting ability to perform, especially for a trauma unit.

If you’ve already had surgery, perhaps you should raise your concerns with whomever gave you your cell phone back? If you have not yet gone into the operating room, you are in what’s known as a “pre-op holding area” and should probably press the nurse call button and relay your concerns to him or her.
If you were giving the operator your parent’s real last name and the operator told you they couldn’t find anyone with that name in the hospital, it would stand to reason that your parent isn’t there.

I found it to work best if you go in person and pick up all your records / bills. Doing so eliminates quite a bit of confusion there at Saint Mary's.
They have a mental health facility (Institute for Mental Health) on their Campus. Its a free standing, seperate building located in the NW corner of the Hospital's Main parking lot (45th St. Entrance).
Omg!! I am sorry for you . I had a serious situation at another Hospital in diff county even. It's a Real Shame some care you get Stuck with ! I do hope you made a formal complaint so it may help someone else otherwise no one ever knows it . Florida let a load of Drs out early from schooling since they felt FL. needed more Drs. Now you go to hospital ,get a PA !! Signed by a Dr - that he'd. Seen you when in fact you never even saw a Dr at all. Ive been in that area recouperating and went 1 time w/my daughter taking me and they were all Great !! The 2 time I Had to go (I Hate Hospitals) I couldn't walk , but I been a single mom (mom's get up no matter what !) Since I took myself the Make Nurse was a real Jerk (he may have been a PA at best) to say to me - It can't be that bad if you walked in here ! (I hopped car to car from a close space) no matter , I waited so long for Nothing ) So You Never know which scares the pure hell outta me . If ppl don't let others know it won't stop

Every hospital has an OBGYN on call but how long youll wait ... You can never tell. I wouldnt reccomend this hospital eather but JFK in Atlantis or there North campus in West Palm on 45th street.
IMH for psych... Was my worse experience in pysciatric hospital. Staff dont care and its mostly baker acted drug addicts or homeless people.
Sweet Heart you would have to call the hospital or go there to get that information because of privacy laws. Even with calling/going you have to prove you are family or authorized to get information
