Horrible service! Waited 1 hr after check in and waited another hour to see a nurse. Told the practitioner to send RX in the pharmacy closer to our house. In checking out, I didn’t even say anything, the front desk verify the new pharmacy address herself. Next day, they still sent it to the wrong pharmacy!!!!

They’ve took my kids out of practice without even contacting me. And when I call no one can give me answer as to why my kids medical records were sent home with out my consent or knowledge of them being out of practice. I see why they no longer have their phone number online.

I love Pediatric Associates because number 1 its close to my house. The front desk team is wonderful. I'm a nurse as well and it feels good to see great customer service from other people because that's what I give when I'm working with my patients. Every where you go can have a little hiccups here and there but always appreciate the bigger and better things like body language, gestures, smiling, kindness, and going that extra mile for your patients. That's what I believe in and every time I go to Pediatric Associates, I receive that without and judgmental staffs or treating your child differently. Keep up the great work ladies!!
