New review: I received my passport 4 weeks ago and still have not gotten my birth certificate back. Im worried because that includes my husband and son's also. Older review here: We waited on a Tuesday as this facility takes walk ins and they move quickly. Other days you need an appointment. Make sure your there waiting by 7am and bring your license and birth certificate. They are pretty strict so be prepared. You take a number and wait. Opens at 9am.

This office and every single one of its employees is complete trash. Especially the short white woman with brown hair and glasses. They first made me wait on separate issues when I could have easily wrote the information while still standing at the counter and then when I was told I had to have a money order they made me take a new ticket even AFTER I had already been at the facility for 4 hours. I hate everyone who thinks they don’t have to work anymore or doesn’t have any sort of good customer service. Not my fault you have a job you dislike. Try not to take it out on your customers. And care about other peoples time other than your freaking own. Trash.WILL NEVER BE HERE AGAIN.

My boss did his renewal online, he said just filled out paperwork and paid. I would definitely check the website. Good luck

They have walk ins on Tuesdays only. All other days are by appointment only

No, I don't know of any same day for non-emergency. Not even for name change or renewal. They are there to gather and verify all your documentation before sending it off. There are exceptions for emergency travel Go to www. travel.state.gov for full details.
You need to bring your marriage certificate, form of ID, and your old passport. If your passport is still valid and all you need is a name change, you can just send it in. Don't need to go-to the acceptance facility.
I dont work with the agency but I will say I paid 260 for 2 week delivery as I am going to England in 3 weeks normal delivery is 4 to 8 weeks and will cost around 160 dollars also you will need a ds-11 form birth certificate, I'd, social security card, and a passport photo make sure to bring cash in case they dont take cards
