I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be allowed access to the VIP entrance. There will be a heavy presence of police and I read an article this morning and they said that they will be allowing people to enter the game tonight.
It should be open.
Each time I went I reserved a parking place close to it. I don't know if they have handicapped close to the center. Very little on street parking for anyone. My girlfriend & husband take the train in. Let's you off right by cute. You could google the G 1 Ctr & there is a site for parking from Panda, I think. I reserved a parking place in a lot close & used my cane. A very nice security guard got a wheelchair door me & took me up to will call to get the ticket, gave it to my son & security wheeled me down to sidewalk. They are expecting hundreds of protesters after the non police autopsy showed that the young man was hit 8 times, 6 for sure in the back showing the 2 cops lied about him charging at him. Kings have joined protesting group but want to keep it safe & non violent. It is very difficult to get near the center when there is nothing going on. $20 - $25 for parking in the lots. When you google for parking it will show you where lots are & how much they are, even for handicapped.
Yes, title 24 ADA requires that access for you andothers, Have fun at the game Go KINGS
Even with heavy police presence all diabled entrances must remain open or alternatives provided. You will notice chain-link fence around certain entrances funneling people into certain areas. This is to prevent protesters from entering ticket-holder only areas.

All handicapped entrances have to be open to patrons at all times. It's the law.
