Am I allowed to go to a concert by myself ? So like my dad can drop me off & I can go through security by myself . I am 13 , so when the concert is done I’ll ask him to pick me up .

Yeah you should be fine, I've seen no age restrictions on there exept of the alcohol one.

As long as your parents feel you're old enough I don't see why the Golden 1 Center would object
