The website say under 24 months but it also says that different events have different requirements.

I believe you would have to purchase a child ticket... looks like 23 months is the cut off... per website: In general, children under two (2) years of age are admitted free of charge into Golden 1 Center for live events provided that they sit on an adult's lap.
