According to their website in the FAQ section: Golden 1 Center is a smoke-free building and smoking is prohibited within 250 feet of the arena. Please note re-entry is not allowed if a guest leaves the arena to smoke outside. Smoking includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaporizers.
You need to smoke before you get there because is a smoke free facility.

We went for Advenged Sevenfold concert in July. People were smoking weed throughout the whole arena
