Is absolutely worth it ONLY if you are walking the whole trail (over 2h). Is amazing how beautiful is, but keep in mind that if you are going with older folks there’s a lot of long stairs and it will very difficult for them. Great for younger people or people on good health condition. Green trail should be free! $18 is too high for such a short walk.

If you're in the area, this is an absolute must see. I was a little put off by the price, but it is well worth it. The park is very clean and well kept, and the waterfalls are absolutely gorgeous. Go ahead and see all of it. The trail is definitely not easy but it's also not horribly challenging for most people.

An absolutely amazing place for Nature lovers to visit if you are visiting Del Water Gap..!! There are 4 different routes to hike on and you can easily spend about 2 hours here, I would suggest going on early so you can enjoy nature at its best.! Luckily I visited after a good rainfall and the water flow was just amazing! And do not forget to take some long exposure pictures of waterfalls.

My daughter and I absolutely loved it! We completed the whole trail in 2 hours and 10 including the many stops to admire the view, listen to the Falls and river’s current, admire nature and take pics. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes-hiking boots preferably, snacks and water if you are considering in doing the whole trail. We arrived around 1pm and it was busy but yet nice to walk and stop and admire the beauty of the Falls and trails. The paths are well maintained. There’s an entrance fee of 15 dollars weekdays, 18 on the weekends. There are a few concession stores and plenty of parking. People are friendly and will patiently wait during photo shoots. We really enjoyed it. Make sure to stop and take in the view. The long walk will definitely take a toll on your legs if you are not used to walking or hiking. Take your time. Definitely recommend.

Sorry-we do not allow drones. It takes way from the experience for other guests.
You should make your way to Tobyhanna State Park if you want swimming and paddling etc
You should do a search before asking a question. Their website tells you that you need to purchase tickets to enter.
Bush kill recreation area and the bush kill falls area are worth the visit. However some of the up hill hikes and stairways along the trails to see the falls may be difficult who have disabilities or other health related issues. There are a half dozen falls on different loops and legs of the hike. Very beautiful area. They also have a snack bar - cafe on the premises. Souvenir shop as well. Easy to get to . Near Delaware water gap and the New Jersey line.
No you can't, but there are a few run off areas that you are allowed to take off your shoes and cool your feet in the water.
Sure can
Can not camp the opening hours is around 8 am to 7pm but you can do barbecue
No. Lots of steps

As long as you dress for the weather you'll be fine all year round.
I believed the activities are more for a older children but you can look at the falls with out taking the whole hiking even tho steps are steep and no strollers are allowed. I have seen many people with babies enjoying the place. They have paddled boats. I think they fit only 2 people. Fishing they provide the poles. mini golf. Some exhibits with the local species and the history of the falls. Rock mining. Ice cream/sweets shop. The have plenty of picnics areas. A souvenir shop. I hope the info helps you decide.
No. You're in the woods.
There is a huge waterfall literally one minute down the trail it is the most impressive waterfall there and require zero exertion of energy to get to
There are not restrooms but it is the woods if it's an emergency
Agree under 3 is free
There is picnic area near the entrance and as long as all remainings are brought back, you can take finger food.
Yes. We are located on private property, so guests may not stay after we close for the night.
I'm not too sure about their hours. Probably not!!
Hi Jessica, we don't offer camping onsite, but the Pocono Mountains Visitors' Bureau maintains a list of local campgrounds at https://www.poconomountains.com/places-to-stay/campgrounds/
Hi July, Yes, we have a parking lot. The fee for adults is $14.50 on weekdays, $17.50 on weekends. Children are $8.50 and children age 3 and under are free. Thank you!
I don't think so. You can call them they have excellent customer Support.
Yes they are closednfor the season but just to be sure call the phone number on there website
April
2-4 hours depending on how much time you want to spend and whether or not you want to walk every trail.
Not that I've seen
I have not camped there but in talking to ppl that have any of the immediate ones around there are great
We have "Military Mondays" throughout July and August. Veterans and active duty receive free admission with ID on these Mondays.
Falls can't be reached, you will be on wooded trails all the time whereever falls are n water is shallow n swimming is not suggested.
Time taken will depends on the number of stops you make and your speed. The red trail has significant elevation gain which, for me, was the most demanding part, if you you have no problem going up a flight(s) of stairs, this should be no problem for you.
Ask receptionist.
No discount. Sorry to say
I believe the prices are on the website...its pretty high .. i had 3 adults and 1 child and it was over 50 bucks
https://www.visitbushkillfalls.com/discover/park-hours-general-information/
Their website says they are open 9am to 7pm on Memorial Day. https://www.visitbushkillfalls.com/discover/park-hours-general-information/
Open at 10 and close at 5 is $14 all day on weekdays more expensive on weekends
I stayed at Bushkill Inn &Conference House. I enjoyed my stay. It's up the block from the park. They have great pricing and nice rooms & suites.
As long as they posh they can get in without ID
This info is all correct paul
I doubt they'd let you too much of a insurance liability. I would advise against it unless you've some really tough feet. It's all rough wooden boards full of possible splinters and rock paths.
It opened on 3/30 for the season. In the website it's mentioned call for updates, we called and it was opened.
If the weather and trail conditions cooperate we will open for the 2019 season on Saturday, March 30th. If icy trail conditions persist the opening will be delayed.
Bushkill Falls is not open in February. Depending on the weather, they open late March, early April. The cost for tickets usually change each year. Check the website for the opening date and the cost to hike the trails.
The water falls flow harder in the rain too
If you are willing to piggy back the person and have quads and calf muscles of an Olympian than yes... Otherwise no. I carried my toddler and slipped on leaves and fell down about 7 steep painful steps and my right as cheek. The check is still looking like I'm part avatar.
Below link should help you https://www.recreation.gov/camping/campgrounds/251575
Bushkill is not a hotel. There is a small admission to travel and see the main falls with a few trails.
I wouldn't take a dog. Narrow in some places, slippery. I wouldn't bring anything below the age of 10 and wasnt human. :0
We paid $14.50 each. Off season brought our dog too. Very nice but a lot of steps!
15 per person
Go to there home page visitbuskillfalls.com there you will be able to get more information on the hours of operation
Not sure. A phone call might be in order.
Nothing was said but you can ask! I doubt it though
There are free picnic areas for all the guests throughout Bushkill Falls area as well as an open-air Pavilion which is available for rent.
Not sure what you mean by "included in the waterfalls"?
There are 4 trails and 8 falls in all. The longest would be the main fall which is a 15 minute away. The longest trail is the Red and it takes about 2 hours I believe. Hope this helps.
No..you are not. But you can have a close look at the falls using small wooden patios that have been setup at various levels.
I believe so but its not very much compared to the beauty of the falls and landscape. 😁
It costs $ 8.50
Adults are $16.50 on a holiday/weekend. Adults are $14.50 on a weekday. Children are always $8.50, Seniors are $15.50 on a holiday/weekend, and $13.50 during the weekdays.
Nope but figure the temperature difference from sea level to the mountains is about 10 degrees cooler
Probably not cause of the rain
Yes!
You should definitely try calling them to see how they can accomodate you.
Yes, there is a parking lot. From the entrance to the trails that lead to the Falls, it's a short walk. To get to the falls, it's a several mile hike.
If you stick to the yellow it is fairly easy. There are steps, but they are ok.
There are a ton of wooden steps, not easy for larger dogs, but dogs are allowed on the trails and there are garbage cans where you can dispose of waste
Is there any separate car parking lot??then what is the exact location??
