For anyone who has done the Yellow or Blue Trail, are the estimated completion times accurate? Wondering if two healthy adults can do it in less time

Time taken will depends on the number of stops you make and your speed. The red trail has significant elevation gain which, for me, was the most demanding part, if you you have no problem going up a flight(s) of stairs, this should be no problem for you.
