Omg 😳 this place was not what I expected especially with the good reviews I went house shopping the first house was up in a cliff steep steps and drive way horrible. It looked like when they build the house they left all the dirt , Rocks everything there and just pushed it to the sides like the house was beautiful because it was new but no back yard . When it snows it’s dangerous even coming out the drive way because the hill is steep I scratches my bumper then the 2nd house looked like it was going to fall apart 🤦♀️

One pool is at the Top of the World Complex (Cambridge Ct.) and the other is at Mill Pond (off Lancaster Dr.). Both are clearly marked on the map which is available on our website under the "ABOUT" menu. The map can also be downloaded in PDF format.
They require "fobs" for most amenities. The person you are the guest/renter of should provide them for you.

There is a fishing dock by one of the indoor pools. I believe they offer a pole rental and one day fishing permit for $20. You can contact the main office for further info.

This is one of the best communities around here. Well managed and financially secure. Like in any large communities there will be occasional problems but overall it is a great community.
You can bring in any snacks, and any non-alcoholic beverages as long as they aren't in glass bottles
