I went to look at 2 houses the roads on the streets are horrible all broken down looking like the Bronx not a nice place at all and the houses were not maintained HOA fees for reason looked like a regular place

As of right now we have maintenance, public safety, 1 large pool and a heated baby pool, office with a large room upstairs with kitchen for party rental, basketball courts in 2 different areas of the community, baseball field and track, 2 playgrounds 1 is for toddlers located in the other end of the community, and 2 lakes.
I pay my dues, $800 yearly, I've been here for 15yrs. First I'm hearing about bankruptcy.
