Yes. Depends on where you are deployed and of course you will have to have an international data plan. However, most people don't use one. You can suspend your account and not have to pay the bill while you're gone, just send a copy of your orders to your network provider. So it's pretty much up to you. Hope that helps!

No, but they do have atms on base. There are also other banks in the area, off post like Chase, TD Bank, Capital One etc.

If you are an Honorably Discharged Veteran, you can get access to use AAFES online. Unless you have a Valid Military ID, Dependent ID, or a Retired ID you can not use the On-Post AAFES locations.
