1 star is probably too high. Is this really a business ??? Called multiple times, never got a return call. Went there twice, noone is there, dont hear any dogs. Sign says closed, make an appoitment. How ? Noone to talk to. If this is how they treat their customers (assuming they have any), how do they treat a dog.

Easiest way to find out is to call trying to give an estimate over the net would be a pain
They have staff caring for the pets at night and weekends, also a very good kennel in my opinion, have used before and will again
