I doubt they'd let you too much of a insurance liability. I would advise against it unless you've some really tough feet. It's all rough wooden boards full of possible splinters and rock paths.

I whould say no. it's not publicly owned but privately. their insurance whould be against it. I do thing I saw a somewhere where u have to wear close toed shoes. your best bet is to call
I would imagine not because of the steep wooden stairs, walkways and how heavily crowded it is, but there's nobody there to enforce it.
