If you are willing to piggy back the person and have quads and calf muscles of an Olympian than yes... Otherwise no. I carried my toddler and slipped on leaves and fell down about 7 steep painful steps and my right as cheek. The check is still looking like I'm part avatar.

even the shortest easy route would be hard with a cane as one would likely need full range of knee bending motion on high steps. Walking around the free areas of the grounds like the gift shop, sweet shop parking lot picnic area is fine.

No. You're walking up and down stairs, trails. I wouldn't recommend it.
