Is this place wheelchair accessible? Can a wheelchair bound enjoy this place.

No. Lots of steps

Trails and falls are not accessible by wheel chair... There's a small park one can enjoy that... but not trails

Not really. Can't go down any of the trails.

I would safely say no to the falls and yes to the shops, places to eat ice cream shop and gift shop.

Only the shops and park/ picnic area.
