The services and facility overall are great. However, do NOT order food from Alex. Alex, got my order wrong and ATTEMPTED to overcharge me. The front desk corrected the error but Alex was rude and never apologized. -5 stars for that dude.
Trust Newsome
I spend the night here and a full day. This place is very unsanitary. The people that work at the front desk are very rude, and lack customer service. I couldn’t tell after I had paid if they were wardens and I had checked into a jail or if it was a spa. I immediately regretted coming when I spoke to the manager and saw that he was even more rude then the Front desk workers . I asked the general manager about smoking outside and he very loudly Recited to me the policy. He told me that I will be very closely watched and only had 5 to 10 minutes outside if I chose not to smoke inside of the building . I was very uncomfortable after learning that. I felt like I was no longer safe there. When I made it to the woman locker room there was a woman barking as if she was a military sergeant. I managed to sign up for a body scrub where I was traumatized by one of the ladies Who physically shoved me out of the body washing station over what turned out to be, a miscommunication with the List coordinator for scheduling the massages and body scrubs. When I was asked to go back I was so scared of the woman after I got shoved I didn’t want to be scrubbed by her and had to be placed with another lady. I never saw them scrub the floors or clean the pools people were using the bathroom and not showering and getting back into the pools. I saw cameras out in areas where they were not allowed. None of the soap bars were changed I saw people actually rubbing their bodies with the soap and other people were coming behind and using that same soap . Nobody was wearing a mask from the front to the back . My locker had the previous customers trash in it. this place is very loud if you’re coming here to relax and get some quiet time I would definitely would not choose this place! If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would this place is very outdated and unsanitary. I also got a hip bath . And I had different herbs it went pretty good but after I saw the lady preparing one on the floor next to her feet in the locker room where people were walking around with no shoes on. And that’s what they use to steam your vagina. I definitely will not be returning I will be trying another spa next time.

This people Discriminate they told me I can't come back for no reason they did not tell me why I can not come back I do not recommend this place

You only have to be naked if you are going to get in the sauna and tubs located in the ladies locker room or if you are getting a body shampoo which is also in the ladies locker room every size shape and color was in there 😃
Admission includes your own locker, sauna uniform access to all sauna, swimming pool, wifi, etc. You can make extra purchases for products and food and services with the wristband key that they give and you would pay for all your extra purchases at the front desk right before you leave jeju sauna.
I don't know about seven, but I'd definitely say at least 4, lol. They literally scrub everywhere, and you're rinsed with warm water occasionally which feels great. They give you a squirt of a facial cream scrub to do your own face with when you're done. Takes about 30 minutes. There are 8 tables being done at the same time. It's in the nude area, so you are not alone, but remember that everyone else is nude too and the body comes in all shapes and sizes! Pain is relative, but in my experience it hurts at first, a little. But it numbs out after a couple of minutes. They started on my leg, and i wasn't ready, so it hurt in the same way an unexpected brush on the foot is ticklish. You're on a flat table, almost like a masseuse, with a cap on your head for your hair. They will lift your limbs this way and that to scrub, and ask you to turn over when needed. Occasionally you're too dry and they'll pour a small tub of warm water on you to wash away the dead skin.
Yes you can! I have yet to experience it with my boyfriend but i heard its a good service
Yes! Make sure you stay hydrated but I could literally feel my muscles tighten. Felt rejuvenated afterwards!
It was awesome. You're in a little room with a long "smock" on, sitting on a little stool that has a bowl of herbs under it. Steam rises from the bowl and goes to your bottom parts. It's not tooooo hot, but your whole body sweats. It's supposed to help with female issues and irregularity. I plan to have it done once a month.
Prices are 30 instead of 25. Kids are 25 instead of 15. Been 3 months already.
Yes they do. You are in the same room as others but with a curtain drawn. You are next to each other but not close enough to touch
Yes its $30. You can access the saunas, the food court, the heated pool and the three temp controlled tubs. All the extras (specialties) cost.
Yes but they are not on mainstream channels. They show channels targeting Asian demographic.
No women are in one locker room men in another. You will be around women. The showers are in the locker rooms and open.
They call it a hip bath. It's $30. My daughters have tried it. I know three other women that have tried it. They put a plastic tarp around your neck and you're covered from the neck down. You're nude. And you sit on a chair with a hole in it. Herbs are heated underneath you. It increases blood flow, helps alleviate menstrual cramps, increases sensation ... It seems like folks really like it.
Yes if you plan on swimming in the pool in the common area. The wet sauna area does not allow any clothes.
We paid $45 for a 24 hr period of time... Restaurant available for food... Various offerings..body scrubs, facials, flexology feet. Spa therapy. Enjoyable experience!!!!! . This was 45 for 2 people a senior discount of $5 .
Only the sauna in the common area, where clothing is required. You may also get massages or reflexology together. Plus swimming in the pool.
They open around 8am I believe and the close around 11pm or 12am
Men and women have their separate areas for the jacuzzis and heated pools. There is also a dry and wet sauna for the separate sexesin their respective areas. This is where clothes aren't allowed. There is a swimming pool that you have to have swimming suits for and women, men, and children can use those together. The saunas in the main area near the restaurant are coed also. The swimming pool and main saunas are in an area where men and women and come together.
I would not only let them know you're pregnant, I would also request the salt or sugar scrub as me and my family go there all the time and now have our third child on the way and during those times she was concerned about the same issue. As an x martial arts teacher, and being half Korean myself and having been going to this place for years with my family I feel it has been safe and the health benefits our bonus :-) hope this helps!
Yes. Mats are provided, bath and showering are provided. Restaurant is available. You'll love it. The floors can be a bit hot so be prepared not to be cold. Bring your extension cord to power shared outlets for your electronics.
Some of the health benefits of aromatherapy include its ability to reduce anxiety, ease depression, boost energy levels, speed up the healing process, eliminate headaches, boost cognitive performance, induce sleep, strengthen the immune system, reduce pain, improve digestion and increase circulation.
Entrance? No, but if it's busy they write your issued number on a wait list that's on a board specified for that service. So basically, kind of..
In the common area yes. It's more fun there anyways! The common area houses the restaurant, the pool, the saunas of salt , jewel, gold and silver, charcoal, baked clay, gems, as well as the igloo sauna. My wife and I lay around all day, binging on books and Netflix while going in and out of the saunas. The only non coed part is locker room wet spa with whirlpools and showers. Hope this helps!
They scrub everything, including the sole of your foot
Body shampoo does mean body scrub, cost $50. Body scrub with mask/cucumber facial was $90. Not sure how mu massages were. Hot pot vagi steam $35.
I’m confused about your question. Which number?
It's 24 hours. The services stop around that time and maybe they reached capacity? I've never been turned away and have come there random times of the day.
The staff have masks. They are not a requirement inside the spa
Yes, they provide a mat and have blankets. But I suggest if you would like more comfort bring your own pillow and cover.
Please visit their website for more information. www.jejusauna.com
6 month & 12 month passes are available. Check their website or call them for prices. Surely you'll go once to check it out before buying a "membership." Think about it.
There are some saunas that are, like the charcoal sauna
The cold tub in the bath area is very cold.
It's 50 for basic scrub now, going up to 100 with body shampoo and such.
Pictures of Korean owned and operated Spa you're not into giving deals away eat before you go there have some food with you and something you want to drink because it's expensive
Beautiful facility! I do not know the facility you speak of.... But this facility has heated tubs in both thw male and female restroom areas and yes nudity is required. The general pool is in th common area.
There are no areas where men and women can be nude together. There are no saunas and jacuzzis where mixed genders are together. The areas where both men and women gather clothed are the massage rooms, saunas, pool, open sleeping, and restaurant. This is a very relaxing experience for the whole family, of all ages, in modest apparel provided by Jeju for certain areas. You will provide swimwear. You will still enjoy your time with your girlfriend, sister, wife, mother, grandma, and godmother. And even the males in your life. You will find yourself thinking about the next time you will return. Even if it's by yourself.
No group pricing. $30 adult $20 for children ( pricing for locker, suanas, hot and cold whirlpools, saltwater pool, showers and infared station). They also have an alacarte menu of services. Everyone is given a shirt and shorts upon entry with locker key. You give your drivers license for collateral. You pay adminission fee, if you opt for alacarte services they are added to your locker key and paid for when you leave.
I'm not positive but I believe so. I've only gone once. Make sure he comfortable around other naked men
Yes. They keep your ID until you exit to checkout and leave
For showers they have an aloe vera soap but you are welcome to bring your own
Theres a separate on site company that does the nail salon portion, called Tanzi. Pedicures start at $20, not sure on manicures. Like any salon, the service type (fake nails and what type, French tip, etc) will change the price.
Nothing really since you have to change into their clothes. But you could bring a towel (if you don't want to use theirs), a water bottle (so you can stay hydrated) or a swimsuit (if you plan on swimming).
They only have a curtain...no private rooms.
It was quiet normally at midnight but recently.some visitors were disrespect. They talked aloud even inside dry spa. It disappointed.
If it is a family environment
Kids are welcome. My niece just found it boring lol. The nail salon would be good for them.
Tuesday thru Thursday are good days to enjoy yourself.
I've never had a massage. I've had a body scrub, and yes that is within the view of others. If you're not comfortable being naked around others, it's not the place for you.
Hey sorry no you can’t wear a bathing suit 🩱. Birthday suit only.
Affirmative
I don't think you can order ahead or take it to go, but it's assorted Korean food: fried rice, bibimbap, curries, smoothies, etc
No they don't do colonics or detox services. Just the hip bath which is similar to a yoni steam....
Do you mean, required? If so, no, they are not required. I suspect that you're free to wear one if you wish to. As far as I know, they do not provide them to customers. They are, however, required in the nail salon upstairs.
Peace Far as safety precautions sis, there is no requirements other than them spraying sanitizer in your hand before they give you the key to the locker and I just went last week. Use your own discretion for your sake. I entered with a mask and took it off an enjoyed myself. In the lounge area, it was usual but again, use your own discretion.......I hope this answer your question Peace
Yes they are open. And it's pretty clean 👌 and sanitary.
Nothing naked you can't even wear bathing suit ( swimming suit)the only time you wear the short and shirt when you decided to go to restaurant side and each room has different kind of saunas that's available for men's and women's that's one of my favorites to meditate your self
No...public spaces are clothing required And you have to wear the jeju clothes over your swim suit to and from the pool...hope this helps
Both men and women are welcome. Men have their locker room and women have theirs - nudity is required in those spaces. There are also co-ed areas in which uniform clothing is mandatory and provided by the facility.
Food and mani/pedi are extra so they're not included in the entrance fee
Yes they give u towels they are small. But after you get comfortable most people aren't worried about the towel for coverage. You'll be fine ! Go and enjoy yourself 💁🏾♀️
Idk we paid Visa card
You really don't need to bring anything, they provide their t-shirt & shorts for you to wear in common areas. I would bring your own brush & toiletries. They have it too, but I rather use my own. The lockers are good size, maybe 3ft tall
Barefoot. No shoes allowed in the common area. Floors are heated so its not uncomfortable.
U will have to go to the changing room before anything to dress in their shorts & tshirt. They do have a bathroom you can change in (if you don't want to be in front of the other women). Then you could go into the co-ed area. Which has the different saunas to relax in, as well as massage's, foot reflexology, and restaurant.
You will see other people nude but can go into the restroom to change and maintain your privacy of you like.
Last call for all messages ARE 1AM and restaurant stops at 12am the pool 24/7 im s frequent patron was just there
The admission fee is $30
If you don't have ID you need a cash deposit of $60.
Only same sex couple's, the jacuzzi tubs are not co-ed at Jeju.
Call the health inspector. File a complaint. Save others from possiblr health risks.
$30.. Amazing!! My first time a few weeks ago.. Will be going on a regular... Having foot massage next visit... Heard from daughters and sister that it was divine!!!
I've never seen coupons. The spa operates kind of like a gym membership. You can go for one visit only or an annual membership. The annual membership breakdowns down to really having to go at least 4 times a month to make it worth it, which I dont go that often. Bare in mind that the $30 is for an entire 24 hours! That's cheaper than a hotel stay if you take advantage of it!
Big enough to put shoes, an outfit, a beach bag, toiletries. I'd say about two feet tall and one foot wide and deep.
I'm a female, so I wouldn't know. Give them a call.
Nude in bathhouse, uniform in commons area, no bathing suit worn in hot tubs or ice tub, required in swimming pool
25.00 for a 24hr period gives you access to wet areas and various saunas. You have to pay extra for premium services.
No. The locker room, sauna, hot tubs, and showers are separate areas for men and women at all times. The salt water poopl and common areas are co-ed clothed areas.
Yes it should be around $45-50. They have a separate place that does wax. That should be upstairs. It's not technically a part of the spa. You pay immediatly after the service instead of afterwards (as you do with all spa services)
Something that cleanses out a women's private parts
No... women's only, men's only, and common area with different saunas and food center.
Yes you can, but they sell great food as well. Always good to try something different on the menu.
25 to enter. But they offer several services that are charged to you while you are there and you settle up when you leave
It should not be franchised
I love this place so many options. Try it you will like it.. Prices Varies But To Get In The door and use the sauna pool etc is 25.$ body scrub etc are different price..
It's always a steady flow. Being crowded isn't exactly bad if you plan on staying for 24 hrs like I do. Just chill and relax, get a massage, whirlpool and whatever else at a good steady pace worry free. It's a wellness spa and you should be well taken care of and not rush or stress yourself!😊That defeats the great experience of such a great place. Enjoy your visit!
No alcohol, as you should not go into a sauna with alcohol in your system, it could be harmful and cause extreme dehydration. They do have a food court and offer a variety of hydration options including juices and smoothies.
No irritation. Just a lot of dead skin removed
The full body scrubs and massages (from head to toe) are offered for men & women. They are offered in the wet areas which are not shared spaces. Women massage therapists work on the women's side. Men massage therapist work on the men's side. There is a dry area that is the "shared area" for men & women. They offer massages in that area by men & women therapists. Hope that helps.
They swim in their personal bathing suits
Busy, busy, busy. Try to get there really early if you go.
It really isn't loud in there, it's very quiet and calming, they have lockers for when you don't want to have your laptop and they have charging stations and sleeping areas and also food areas for when you do. You can have tea or coffee or even smoothies there. The moisture is avoidable. It's 25 dollars all around for complete peace because most people there are only there to relax not too much noise
1. Walk-ins welcome 2. Pit your name on the sign up for specialty areas General entry is walk-in only however once you enter you will have to place your name on a list to be called for all specialty areas such as body scrubs, massages, and the hip bath. The wait time for each specialty service and vary from 20mins to 2hours so its best to decide which specialty items you want and sign up before enjoying the general areas (pools, sauna, wet huts etc.)
$25 Dollars to enter, then there are others cost associated with getting messages, food, etc.
Saunas, yes. Hot tubs, no.
