Kids are welcome. My niece just found it boring lol. The nail salon would be good for them.
I have seen children there with there families. However, I agree it is not exactly a kid friendly environment. The reason is you're sharing a locker room (separate genders, of course ) to change into your sauna clothes given by the staff. While changing, many patrons walk around nude to use steam room and jacuzzi. Per policy patrons must be nude to use those specific facilities. Nudity is not allowed in common area where the dry saunas, swimming pool, and dining are located and often you'll see children there. In terms of services, massage and foot therapy are in the common area. You can also get a mani/pedi done there as well.
I wouldn't recommend you bring your kid here. Matter of fact, I believe its 18+. But this is not kid friendly atmosphere
