The cashier Leeirma was rude to me when I asked about the bathroom. I work at the Goodwill in Covington and I am never rude when someone asks me where the bathroom is. So please have a talk with her for that was uncalled for to talk to customers that way and I was pleasant when I asked her about the bathroom and she came off really rude like she didn't want to be at work anyway.

It was horrible here. The cashier there was so rude. She was yelling at me. She told me if I didn’t have money, to get out the store and to stop playing games. While she was saying this, I was fumbling, trying to get out my money so that she would stop yelling. The clothes here are so pricey. I could get new clothes for cheaper. The woman continued to yell words at me. I felt appalled. Never had anyone in my life yelled at me for such a trivial reason. A woman saw me struggling to find my money so a woman offered to pay for me, but the cashier yelled the price of 17 dollars at the wins and she suddenly didn’t want to pay anymore. Unless that rude cashier is fired, I’m never coming back.

I recently went in, just wanted to see what's what bc I haven't been there for some time. I found some beautiful things! Found a cute purse 👜 & a cute pair of sandals! The cashier greeted me with a warm-inviting sincere smile, as I asked her for the 'color-of-the-day'. This is going to sound a bit weird but the coolest part of the trip! Y'all, I found 4pc, 60W light bulbs for $1/box! I've been thinking about going to candles soon bc I can barely afford $3/for 1 bulb @certain stores! LoL! I left 2 boxes out of the 5 there!

Update: A couple of weeks after posting this review below I witnessed some real change in the store. Now the shelves are noticeably stocked; you can even see more customers than before. Thank you for addressing my concern and fixing the issue! --------------- Original Review: I've been visiting this branch for years. The staff are friendly and nice. However, for some weird reason the appliances shelves are always having very few items on them. Today I drove up with my trunk full of mainly electronics to donate. The first thing the guy there told me: we are only accepting clothes at this time! I asked why. He said they have a lot of the other items and can't accept more. He asked me to take them to a different branch. I understood then why the shelves are empty! Looks like the staff in the back aren't as active as the ones in the front! It really needs a managerial intervention as soon as possible.
