Do you mean, required? If so, no, they are not required. I suspect that you're free to wear one if you wish to. As far as I know, they do not provide them to customers. They are, however, required in the nail salon upstairs.

I have worn my mask every time in the wet area; in fact one employee gave it back after I had dropped it, so if it was not allowed I am sure she would have said something then.

You can't bring anything into the wet area, even masks are a contaminate. You are required to shower upon entering, but masks can be used in every other part.
