Nothing really since you have to change into their clothes. But you could bring a towel (if you don't want to use theirs), a water bottle (so you can stay hydrated) or a swimsuit (if you plan on swimming).
Nothing, I take a book and I pad w/earphones.
just YOURSELF. It's 25$ for 24hrs. They provide your common area clothing. Locker rooms are mostly nude, except for sleeping areas. Sauna, steam room, whirlpool no clothing needed. They have a semi - healthy food kitchen. Everything is charged to your locker band. It's a good ole sweaty time.
Things that everyone else stated, but I also found these things to be helpful too: Phone charger Extra blanket and pillow if staying the night(theirs is basic) Scarf for your hair if you dont want it fizzing/ air drying Ear buds for sleep (common area and snoring from others can be hard for light sleepers at night) ID or else they charge you like double to get in If you smoke they have a smoking room Workout clothes if your using the fitness room Your own towel because their towel is the size of a small hand towel
I suggest you bring many things you use in your own shower. I bring body scrub, deep hair conditioner to use, razor, face masks... many things you like to use when pampering yourself at home. There's the options of having services done for you but many things I prefer to do myself.
Nothing, but you can bring whatever you have for after your shower or bath, some reading materials for relaxation or meditation or inspiration. Money for food and additional services if you choose.
