If you want to spend the night there, do they have cushions, pillows etc. and is it relatively quiet after 12 am, or is it noisy and active all night?

It was quiet normally at midnight but recently.some visitors were disrespect. They talked aloud even inside dry spa. It disappointed.

Quiet hours are enforced- you are provided a Matt and pillow at a certain hour- and can use a towel as a blanket. But it’s not very comfortable. Would recommend you bring something more comfortable like your own yoga matt.

I bring my own pillow and yoga mat and light blanket. Locker space is small
