They call it a hip bath. It's $30. My daughters have tried it. I know three other women that have tried it. They put a plastic tarp around your neck and you're covered from the neck down. You're nude. And you sit on a chair with a hole in it. Herbs are heated underneath you. It increases blood flow, helps alleviate menstrual cramps, increases sensation ... It seems like folks really like it.

Hmmm it was 50 on Good Friday when I was there. I did it years ago and paid 40. I really didn't notice a difference. I like paying more for the scrub and massage. I love that place!!
