You only have to be naked if you are going to get in the sauna and tubs located in the ladies locker room or if you are getting a body shampoo which is also in the ladies locker room every size shape and color was in there 😃
First of all, the locker rooms are gender specific & they have the wet area in each. There is where nudity is. The common area has the six unique saunas which everyone uses & NO nudity. There are plenty of plus size patrons, so you will not be alone.
Everyone there has different shapes and sizes. The locker room area where the body scrubs and whirlpools are can only be used while nude. The common area where the saunas are used are with clothing and is used by both men and women. If you've had a long day and in need of spa services trust me when I say you don't care who's looking at you and you will focus more on relaxing.

After you pay, you enter either the men's or women's section, where you change into the spa's clothes. These sections have lockers for your things and your shoes. Here, there are showers, hot tubs, steam saunas, heat lamps, and a skin service. They provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, and various other necessities. This is where you are naked. It is unisex. After you get clean, and change, you exit this area to the spa's main area. This is where everyone is clothed, and the main saunas are, this is where it is mixed.
So you get scrubbed down or massage NAKED IN FRONT OF EVERYONE??👀
The whirlpool does require nudity (health purposes), and there is no body shaming You have to shower so much when entering or exiting the sauna or whirlpools, so the clothes are kinda pointless anyhow
The locker rooms are separated by gender, and the nude shower/steam room/hot-warm-cold tubs/ body shampoo area, too. Size doesnt matter. All ages and sizes go. There's a pool, too. Its for everyone so suits are required.
This place is life changing! The first time I went was a week ago at the advice of a trusted friend. I was amazed. I chose a foot and body massage the first time as I was hesitant if the nude area (I'm a size 18). I went again yesterday and drove right in. I completed the hip bath, and body scrub. When I tell you I felt amazing afterwards. I came home and slept like a baby which is something I havent done in a long time. So relaxing. No one judges you, as everyone is naked in that area. Great conversation with others waiting for services. I'll definitely be back soon. My body massage was great. Shout out to #4!
I am plus size. And honestly even the skinny mini's have loose flabs or cellulite or no shape to them. The exp is kind of eye opening... Bc u think 'oh I could she what she could or might be complexed about, guess none of us are 'perfect' in the locker room u will see nudity as that's were the entrance to the woman only wet are (steam room, jacuzzi's, facial, body shampoo which is a scrub u should totally do it) and hip baths are. All the extra services are basicaly there in the locker room/wet area were girls are naked. And in the coed everyone is dressed that's were the dry saunas are and reflexology and massages services, where the general pool is and food which I didn't think the food was that great at all and I love Korean food.... Admission is $30 bucks for 24 hrs. But all the extra services cost in addition to that and peeps expect a tip.

Walk in, pay, get spa shorts/t-shirt and bracelet, enter women’s side, leave shoes in locker (see bracelet number), enter changing area, remove clothing, put in locker, either put on spa shorts/t-shirt and enter coed common area to meditate, get foot massages (or eat) OR walk naked with small towel into spa area where you will shower, soak, be scrubbed (body shampoo, ahhhh) get facials, massaged, wet or dry heat saunas, all with women of all ages, skin tones and sizes. It’s amazing.

The locker room is the only place you're suppose to be nude. There different saunas with different health benefits within the building, as well as a swimming pool.

This was a great experince for me. My skin felt wonderful, I could barely stay awake on the ride home. I was that relaxed. Some of the best sleep Ive ever had. Cant wait to do it again.

Wonderful place. Many, many people who frequent there have body hang-ups. I was completely comfortable nude, that being said, public nudity isn't new to me since I have experience with it in North Cal. There deep tissue massage is totally worth the price.

Just the shower room. Absolutely: my first time there I was extremely self conscious but when I left I felt like a goddess. Changes your whole self perspective. Yes the locker rooms and shower areas are gender specific. The main area is the common area with a public indoor pool and cafe.
