What are the current protocols concerning covid-19 and masks while at the spa? Are guests required to wear masks while inside at any point? Is the staff wearing masks?

The staff have masks. They are not a requirement inside the spa

John is correct the staff do wear masks and the guests are not required to in the Spa

They do have sani wipes for the pillows as well.
